Request account deletion

To delete your Chaty Assistant account and associated data, email contact@chatyassistant.com and include the phone number registered to your account.

After we verify the request, we will process it within 24 hours. This includes deleting your account, profile information, phone number, call information, and wallet data. We may retain information required by law, payment records, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution for the period required by those obligations.
