Account and data deletion
Request account deletion
Email contact@chatyassistant.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and include the phone number registered to your account. Never send an OTP, password, payment credential, or government identity document.
We will reply with the steps needed to verify that you control the account. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the profile, registered phone number, and associated service data that is no longer needed. Limited call-billing, wallet, payment, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be retained when required by law or reasonably needed for those purposes. We will confirm completion or explain what must be retained.
Deletion is permanent and may prevent restoration of your account, history, or unused balance. Review your wallet and contact us about unresolved payments before submitting the request.
