About the service

Chaty Assistant provides tools intended to help people communicate across languages during calls. Translation, transcription, and synthesized speech may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Chaty Assistant for emergency services, medical decisions, legal advice, financial decisions, or other high-risk situations.

Your responsibilities

• Use accurate contact details and keep your account secure.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and do not harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm others.
• Tell other participants that Chaty Assistant is being used and obtain any consent required for audio processing or calling under applicable law.
• Do not use the service to send spam, make unlawful calls, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

Calls and availability

Call quality and translation results depend on networks, devices, languages, speech clarity, and third-party systems. We do not guarantee that a call, translation, or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Credits and payments

Some features may require prepaid usage credits. Credits are used as described in the app or at purchase, may be subject to expiry or applicable law, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and availability may change before you purchase additional credits.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, created a risk for users or the platform, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using Chaty Assistant at any time.

Intellectual property

Chaty Assistant, its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaty Assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
